[AusNOG] Aussie Broadband Outage

A few things that are worth adding:

1. We're on Enterprise Ethernet with ABB, and all is well. Not a peep. 
So enterprise-grade verification = box ticked.

2. Their initial comms around the incident indicated no update for 2-5 
hours, so from the outset it was classed as major.

3. Phil has been incredibly responsive, transparent and "real" as 
always. So this is very much being handled the Aussie way!
