[AusNOG] Telstra 4G issue - Forestania

Is that to say Telstra came out to work on the 1941 / interface card in
some way? If not what work did they attend to?

Is it externally mounted antenna plugged into the HWIC? Did they move
anything? Loose connectors?

I don't see why a Telstra tech would come to site for a 4G service in
general unless they manage the connecting piece of equipment - in which
case yeah you might need to spend some time with the entry level script
followers to convince them to lodge a fault until it gets to higher
level hands.
