<body><div>Is that to say Telstra came out to work on the 1941 / interface card in some way? If not what work did they attend to?<br /><br />Is it externally mounted antenna plugged into the HWIC? Did they move anything? Loose connectors?<br /><br />I don't see why a Telstra tech would come to site for a 4G service in general unless they manage the connecting piece of equipment - in which case yeah you might need to spend some time with the entry level script followers to convince them to lodge a fault until it gets to higher level hands.<br /></div>
