I am appalled that a company couldn’t care about accidental damage to their network. iiNET has really let get of their standards and ethics since TPG brought them out, then again anyone that knows what iinet was before compared to now will know what I mean – but that’s not the sort of discussion that we should be having on this list.

I run a marrid of wireless gear P2P all over Ballarat, if any of my equipment was damaged or posing a risk to the public or their health I have a duty of care nt only under my licence conditions not to mention ethics to remedy the situation.

It took me over half a day to finally get through to someone to warn them that the hazard, only after I posted here did anyone take me seriously. I am very disappointed that L1 staff at iinet business and resi dint know how to handle this issue.

Thanks everyone who assisted in this situation.

Regards,
