[AusNOG] Transferring a domain - is this over the top

Ahh, that's very dodgy!

I know (from previous experience) that you can send a fax on company
letterhead to TPP stating that their reseller has changed the registrant
contact details away without permission, and is refusing to help, and
request that they move the service away from the reseller.  They'll then
move the domain/service to be directly with TPP.   That said, the last one
of those I did was 3-4 years ago, so it's possible the process has changed,
with all the changes within TPP in the last few years :(
