[AusNOG] Transferring a domain - is this over the top

If you're asking *them* to do a transfer outbound (how does that even
work?), I don't see why you'd have a problem paying them for the time
they'll take to do it?.   An outbound transfer would normally be initiated
by the receiving registrar, and has basically NOTHING to do with the losing
registrar?

Now, if it's a registrar/reseller who has changed the registrant contact
address to be something other than the client's authorised address, then
it's time for the client to get in touch with them and demand it be changed
back.  Otherwise, the client needs to contact TPP in writing and ask them
to move it out of the reseller's account, and into a the clients name with
TPP directly.  (and lodge a complaint with AuDA, as this is against the
rules..)
