Hey Sam,
I received a planned outage notification for 21st between 7am and 4pm for
emergency fibre repairs on one of our services from Sydney to Melbourne.
The notice advised of 2 x 50ms outages but we actually experienced huge
latency (>3 seconds) for over 2 hours.
incidentally this was one of the services I emailed about last week that I
was experiencing issues with that pipe said was fine from an NTU
perspective and from a fibre perspective.
