Because we're all super busy trying to survive and the smaller guys don't
have the time or money to throw at it.
What we need is a industry body who actually concentrates on this sort of
thing and represents the service providers - big and small...
But we have no one who does this decently. If that comment offends any
group/body - Good... you need to do better and involve us more.... and stop
just listening to the Telstra and Optus's.
