Hi,

Hang on..
I must admit, It's been a while since I have been working in any kind of support role, But an NBN Tech was sent out for this?
The ISP should be named and shamed. How on earth did this make it past even level 1 support to end up with an NBN Tech visit..

This is causing hairpinning of traffic through WA.
I had a family member impacted - they raised a support ticket and after a NBN tech was dispatched to their house and found no fault with the FTTN, was told by the Network team that SA --> WA --> NSW was the faster path, and the old path would not return.
