[AusNOG] Cloudflare DNS Records

I've responded to Chris off-list, but this is a bit of a known issue
with Cloudflare, ESPECIALLY with in-addr.arpa addresses, as 'normal'
accounts can't add them.
The simple solution is to reach out to your friendly neighbourhood
Cloudflare Enterprise Customer (picking someone at random - "Honest"
Rob's Used Car (and VoIP) Emporium might be someone to ask) and ask
them yo add the range, validate it (which will then remove the OLD
one), and then remove it as soon as it's added.
Trying to find the right people to speak to there is a bit of a challenge.

Normal Cloudflare support channels are proving to be a challenge.
