[AusNOG] G-Suite Admin gone rogue

Hi everyone,

Not really a Network questions but I hope someone could point me in the right direction.

Small company is facing issues with their admin, is gone rogue and not sharing any password or account for their G-Suite / Workspace

I tried to follow google guidelines to resolve the problem and reset the account to a new password but unfortunately I don't have access to any email for the account.
Goes without saying that is impossible to speak with a person within google to explain and try to solve the problem.

Is anyone aware of an effective starting point to engage with google ?
I do understand that following steps will be demonstration of account ownership and I do have all required legal documents
