Dear Jonathan,
It is here, please go to https://dev.networkatlas.org and see the logo
"Powered by Fibermap" - we have no affiliation with Fibermap, they have
provided us all these KMZs, + Attributions that are there, makes complete
map.
I have added following text to make sure it's clear Thanks to Fibermap.com
for providing all terresterial data except below
