Noted Jared, while the issue seems to be at a residential address it is linked to a very large corporate. Without going into detail, this would help us look like a star to our client.
Thanks to the others that have reached out off list with some great suggestions, while not a direct contact it was enough to wow the client and show that we will go to any length to help solve problems for them.

Noel, If you get the right contact you make many things, happen.
Over the years my biggest win for a client has been to get a $17K bill wiped off, needless to say they have been loyal client ever since.

Professional groups and associations are all about helping each other succeed, so while my original post was not directly related to network operations it certainly adds value in many ways.

Thanks again to all that responded so far.

Regards,

Not to mention that Telstra wont speak to him, since he is not the account holder.

I don't mean to be rude here.. but have you called Telstra? Why would Ausnog, A network operator group be able to help with a home phone issue :S

If the service is critical, have backups and a service with a SLA :)

I have a client who has a downed phone line to their house in Mount Dandenong.
I am assuming it would be a Telstra thing.
Does anyone have a contact that could help escalate this?
