[AusNOG] Client with downed phone line to house - Telstra

[David Vidos - NOVA iT GROUP]

I have a client who has a downed phone line to their house in Mount Dandenong.
I am assuming it would be a Telstra thing.
Does anyone have a contact that could help escalate this?

I have the account number and issue reference number.
