[AusNOG] TPG and iiNet networks merged?

I had my NBN HFC activated 4 days ago, and here's a mtr to 
ftp.iinet.net.au, just for those who are curious:

I assume 'new' customers are being provisioned on TPG's hardware. My 
provisioning task was riddled with notes from Frontier.
