[AusNOG] TPG and iiNet networks merged?

Only HFC connections are being provisioned on TPG hardware.  Other forms of
NBN all use iiNet/Internode's hardware and feature set (IPv6 enabled,
firewalling etc).  HFC is the exception not the rule (for now).
