100% correct Karl, that's how we found out about it, it's not just the home users but small businesses as well.
Our mail queues on our postfix boxes have a lot queued up to bigpond.com and bigpond.net.au with no signs of it slowing down.....

For small business clients that use a Telstra server as a smart host, it's 100% of all mail.
