any RSP is free to sell them,
nobody does because the CVC charge would be $17k for that one user.
It'll happen as POI's get more users and RSP's wind up with a few Gb of
CVC then they can put a few (contended) gigabit services on top of that.
skymesh offer 100/100 plans by selling the 250/100 plan and rate
limiting the download to 100.
