[AusNOG] NBN 1Gb "fiber" services

The NBN Co wholesale agreements describe services of up to 1Gb delivered
over "fiber" (as opposed to FTTB, FTTN and wireless). Does anyone know can
this be accessed, preferably as part of a wholesale agreement from TPG or
similar?
