[AusNOG] Interesting ISP stats

Looks like similar augment that climate change deniers make. The data is
flawed so don't believe it.

I'd probably agree that every method of measurement has its strengths and
weaknesses.

The common theme still exists, what is the 'indicator' of performance, not
will my packets reach its destination 99.999% time with +/- 1% jitter.
