Hi All,

Got an interesting one here...

We have a customer in Victoria that use one of the numbers provided by our voice wholesaler (Vocus)
They are working just fine, making outbound calls, and receiving inbound calls for the most part - Except for incoming calls from TPG!

It seems that anyone that is calling from a TPG voice service gets an engaged signal, but callers from Telstra / Optus etc get through just fine.

I have contacted Vocus, and they have said that neither themselves, nor their upstream are getting seeing any call attempts, so it appears to be an internal issue to TPG.

So - If anyone from TPG is listening, let me know so I can give you the particulars.
Or, if anyone has access to a TPG service to do some testing and potentially is OK lodging a fault with TPG to get it sorted, I would be very appreciative, and happy to pay for your time!
