I'd also add that we have never really had a massive whine about the 
legislation and although it would be better to pass the costs on or get 
compensation from the Goverment. We will get the job done and pay for it 
ourselves if need be. All our interactions with AG's have been extremely 
positive and the hard  work done by Comms Alliance and the IS has been 
very helpful.     It's likely one of the reasons why our DRIP was in 
three weeks ago because we spent less time pondering things out of our 
control and more time doing.
