Thanks Jonathan,
Just a quick update, big thanks to everyone who assisted.
Especially Shaun from rackcentral who went out of his way to supply me with
2 working replacement PSUs over the weekend.
Unfortunately this didn't do the trick and after exhausting all
possibilities we've gone with restoring the SAP data from backups.
Thanks again everyone.
Shaun drop me a line and I'll get those PSUs back to you mate.
