[AusNOG] I was wondering about ADSL PPPOE\A connection\lines aggregation options.

I am asking here because there is a slight chance that here the more 
technical people knows the answer.

I was wondering about the options to aggregate DSL or PPPOE\A 
connections since my location is about 5-6 KM from the local ADSL junction.
I cannot place a fiber optic cable but I can use two or more ADSL lines.
I know that there are probably technological options to aggregate the 
DSL lines from 2-3 to one logical connection.

If anyone have used this kind of solution or used multiple PPPOE\A 
connections to allow more bandwidth I am wondering about the options.

Another option is to connect using two different PPPOE\A connections to 
multiple ISPs and load balance between the IP connections.
Anyone knows about solutions for that?

I can use a mikrotik device which will load balance in a round robin 
like way but I was wondering if there are other options to LB.
