Apart from EoC / EFM services where multiple copper pairs are bonded, 
I'd say your only option is MLPPP.

Having said that, MLPPP from my experience absolutely sucks over ADSL. 
Getting the settings right to begin with sucked, but because of possible 
inconsistencies between the 2 lines packets can arrive out of order and 
ultimately slow you down further waiting for it all to re-organise the 
stream (in a basic sense).

Your best bet in my opinion would be to have multiple connections with 
PCC etc on your Mikrotik to share the load, perhaps choose certain 
services to prefer one over the other (such as if you use torrents, 
dedicate it to 1 line while browsing and mail is on the other). Lots of 
possibilities you could do with the RouterOS software.
