That's not true at all. And your so out of line if you think that way.
I own and operate an offshore office.. It's not all to do with costs, it
was the fact of finding skilled AU techs was hard. Especially for the night
shifts. My India team have a 100% customer satisfaction, and when we do
customer surveys people don't even know they are located in India!!!!
Skeeve also runs a very successful offshore team and he too found the
skillset and dedication by good training and dedication to that team.
It's people like you with your shitty attitude that turn people away from
using or giving other countries a go.
As I referred to before, they are most likely level 1 techs and the fact of
them being in India, Cambodia or Melbourne is beside the point. The point
is that they are level 1 and are not trained to deal with a 'hard' issue.
You may think the issue is simple to you, but that's because you live and
breath it, where as the level 1 staff might not. They are simply a customer
frontline for logging issues and directing to support articles.
Your attitude has really annoyed me. Will you be at ausnog this week so I
can show you examples of all of the above?
