[AusNOG] TPG Peering

Even then people use TPG because they are cheap not because they have a
premium service.
The TPG guys probably know about it and management wants people to be at
least be buying domestic transit to get to TPG users versus paying for a
nice cheap peering port. Hell they're GOF now I guess :P
