[AusNOG] PIPE NSW Changing Details

I'm not a good example as I don't have a lot of path diversity or heavy 
traffic - but between PIPE IX and Megaport IX (Megaport being locally 
preferred, and PIPE having their AS in the middle so return path is 
usually shorter via megaport), I do a good 100-130mbit in on Megaport vs 
about 10-20mbit in on PIPE in peak times.

I specifically peer with Google and Cloudflare over Megaport to be sure 
their traffic sticks to that ingress point. A lot of my Megaport traffic 
appears to be Google.
