[AusNOG] TPG melbourne issues?

Hi AusNOG,

Seeing high latency even to first hop LNS on a couple residential
connections and 1 business.

Ping statistics for 203.12.162.177:
    Packets: Sent = 58, Received = 58, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
    Minimum = 54ms, Maximum = 143ms, Average = 78ms


Tracing route to google.com [74.125.237.65]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

No doubt due to peak time, but first time I've seen it THIS bad, 30-40ms
max, not 78ms..
