Whats really frustrating is that it takes the tech 10 minutes to nick the pair that has a ULL (naked) service on it and then 2 weeks to get it fixed.
This is happening a little less frequently though than it did 3-4 years ago. More techs are accepting that "no dial-tone" doesn't always mean the pair is free.
