[AusNOG] Going rates for US Transit

Hi All,

Doing some initial research into transit pricing in the US and looking to
get peoples feedback on their experiences so far. Figured this would be a
good place to start.

Looking for around 200Mbps (so not much) with a blend of tier 1's (or
similar). 

On or offlist is fine.
