That time of year where we consider re-evaluating upstreams.

Looking for opinions (off-list in-confidence welcome) on what
Pacnet-AsiaNetcom, AAPT, and Vocus are like for reliability and
costwise for GB dark fibre with 200mb lit up.

I know AAPT have had fair share of hickups this year, but I note that
so have Vocus.

ANC seem to be pretty good but rarely see anyone using them, have they
now priced themselves out of contention compared to others?  Last time
we evaluated ANC was four years ago, they were on a good par with MCI,
but Optus gave us a nicer deal, but boy oh boy have they changed,
becoming as bad as telstra to deal with:->
