[AusNOG] aCure Technology sold to Amcom

Fresh off the press from the ASX (http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20130822/pdf/42hvc9hbcfmx4q.pdf):

"Amcom Telecommunications Limited (Amcom) {ASX:AMM}, a leading telecom and IT Service Provider, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire leading Data Centre provider aCure Technology Pty Ltd (aCure) for a cash consideration of $14.3m.

The aCure business is privately owned and operates 3 Data Centres in the Perth metropolitan area, servicing Corporate and Government customers. Following completion of the acquisition, Amcom will have a total of 7 Data Centres in Perth with a total capacity of 650 racks..."

And with that, the list of DC operators in Perth shrinks even further.
