That's what I meant to convey. Japan is a very interesting example, because
while they might be roughly as dense as say Sweden or whatever, where you
can also get pretty crazy internet, because they aren't really english
speaking, a lot of their content is local.

Theres a bunch of private torrent sites and DC++ networks that friends have
talked to me about with petabytes of content all at boggling speeds due to
the amazing local speeds. Anyway, very cool :D
