This is spot on - their desire for content is predominantly local.

It alone still has approx 1.4Tbps of international bandwidth.

Doing some extremely interesting things, too. And of course, GPON
based FTTH is commercially strong there. Has been for years.

There are some really cool medical based projects there, too.
