[AusNOG] Server BW limits

A decade ago we used to include code in active pages to tell people they 
were using a web browser that would not render their pages correctly and 
was not standards complaint and then provided links to the web site of a 
better browser.

Has it occurred to you guys to just communicate with your site visitors 
in the same way?
