[AusNOG] Server BW limits

hetzner is indeed cheap, but there are a couple reasons for that. first
being warez, they are an unofficial haven. second being in germany, the
shared largest public IX in the world.
speeds are good, as they are from other budget providers like OVH,
redstation, swiftway, etc, but if you are doing NZ/AU hosting for latency
reasons, obviously they doesn't help. if it isn't for latency, then for
sure someone like hetzner might be a good choice. make sure you realise
they are budget though, and not enterprise grade, just in case you were
thinking to host million dollar websites on a 60 euro server :)
