[AusNOG] Bogons at Three

Hi,

I am presently trying to get into contact with someone at Three Mobile 
regarding a bogon filtering issue.
Looks like they are filtering 103.0.0.0 from the PIPE QLD IX point (and 
possible others)

I haven't had any success getting through to the APNIC contacts (most 
bounce back) so I am hoping
someone on this list has a NOC contact at Three (or perhaps Vodafone).

Also, as a public service announcement, if your network is filtering 
103.0.0.0, please don't!
