I am presently trying to get into contact with someone at Three
Mobile regarding a bogon filtering issue.<br>
Looks like they are filtering 103.0.0.0 from the PIPE QLD IX
point (and possible others)<br>
<br>
I haven't had any success getting through to the APNIC contacts
(most bounce back) so I am hoping <br>
someone on this list has a NOC contact at Three (or perhaps
Vodafone).<br>

Also, as a public service announcement, if your network is
filtering 103.0.0.0, please don't!<br>
