Hello All,

We have a bunch of users on private dslams, who are experiencing either sync or PPP requested (for no apparent reason) drops.   All the usual drop out troubleshooting has been undertaken. The users vary from between 300-900m from the dslam and the snr and attenuation are well within spec.

The problem is happening to about 20-30% of users across multiple chassis.

Look forward to any ideas.
