[AusNOG] Help! How to stop a mistaken line disconnection (iiNet/Telstra/contractors)

Hi Dan,

This is not an AusNOG type subject, and really you have no
choice but to go through iiNet. It's the way the process works.

It's a pain that its going to cause you grief but its up to you
to pressure iiNet starting on Monday morning to get the
order cancelled/reversed.

Obviously whoever took your order didnt understand, or else
someone didnt know how to enter it into iiNet's system but
its still an iiNet issue, not Telsra or the exchange contracters
etc.
