You will get stuck with CGN if you don't simultanously deploy IPv6
as widely and as agressively as possible.

* Deploy 6to4 relays within your network.  Encapsulate/decapsulate as
  soon as possible so that the traffic takes the optimum path based on
  the destination address.
* Deploy Terado relays within your network.
* Deploy 6rd relays within your network.
* Deploy tunnel brokers within your network.
* Deploy native IPv6 within your network.
