There certainly was, don't know what David decided to do about it
though...

However ausnog list was created for network staff and system
administration staff I was told (by Bevan or Steve(B) once upon a few
moons ago), so technically, what's being discussed is on topic as far as
I'm concerned.

I don't think that's a good idea, maybe an announcement so people can
opt-in , safer, there's bound to be some drone moron who will report it
to spamcop, SORBS, or SH etc :)
