If you google 'How do I Circumvent A Filter' you get 2,700,000 results!
If anything there is too much info, and the argument becomes as weak as it is broad.
I think we should focus on the most salient point at the time.
There is an election coming up, I think the most salient point today is - 'Why do you want to spend all that money if it puts children at risk?'
