The fact that anyone can get an anonymous gmail address in about 30
second flat pretty much kills that idea. How, precisely, would anyone propose
to give practical effect to the removals?
I'd just like to point out that addressing a barely significant problem
by proposing complicated enforcement-heavy rules which involve authority
figures unsuccessfully attempting to ban things is an almost uniquely
Australian trait.
Just sayin'.
