If you are talking about a service external to the Soul/TPG networks,
then you should contact TPG. Otherwise contact TPG or Soul, appropriate
to whoever you are getting your service from...

You have a /24 routed to a residential DSL service...?
Their NOC used to have an INOC-DBA phone (dial 9942 on it if you're a
user) - otherwise they have a few engineers on the list here who I'm
sure will respond to you. From what I can gather they still run separate
networks even though TPG advertise Soul prefixes.

Hi all,
It would seem that noc at tpg is now non-responsive, and I have routing
issues yet again.
Anyone know the structure now? Do I contact Soul (and where)? Still
TPG?
(This is for a residential DSL service, but with a /24 advert).
