We should have hat day on the first day.

Everyone gets a hat with a prominent sign with their email address on  
the AusNOG mailing list and/or their nickname.

If you lose your hat or don't wear it then you have to buy everyone  
else a beer or you have to stand up the front with a dunces cap.
