[AusNOG] Winners of the free tickets to AusNOG

Hey all,

	After a lot of reading of the submissions, it was decided to give
the two tickets to:

- Eric Appelboom, an ISP Security Engineer which has just relocated from
South Africa to Australia

and

- Tim Moors, a lecturer a UNSW in the subject "Network Operations and
Control" who wants to send one of his students along who will report back to
the rest of the class to - as he says - 'helping develop the next generation
of AusNOGers'
