For me? Not much different.

Load up radvd to do stateless autoconfig and I have dual stack v4/v6 shared
broadband throughout my house. I've also tinkered with dibbler dhcp
server/client - it's nice but still has some work to be done.

Oh: I do some ip6tables to make sure that people can't help themselves to
things I don't want them to :)
