Reality check here lads...

Carriers in Australia have the right to enter land and install
facilities for the purposes of providing carriage services to end users
providing they are of a low impact nature. That is called the LAW.

The land owner/occupier can object on certain grounds. The carrier has
no obligation to change their activity based on that objection for many
reasons - one of those pertains to financial unviability. 

All carriers are governed by this. Some realise it soon, other will -
later.
